Deliveries are made within the time indicated on weekdays. If an item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will know and we will confirm the estimated date that will be sent.           Delivery costs are not included and are calculated and displayed before making the purchase (VAT not included).  Every event, for example, force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or transport strike to delay, prevent or make the supply is exorbitant, constitute, by express agreement, a clause of suspension or termination of obligations ClarSax Popa, without compensation for the benefit of the customer if the event takes place over 15 days. In these circumstances, the customer will be exempt, completely and automatically, their obligations concerning your order. ClarSax Popa inform the customer via any suitable means and the same day during which that event occurs so that it can freely cancel their orders by postal mail or by  e-mail once notified the event.
