General Purchase conditions

  1.  Purchases made from www.florianpopa.com are regulated by the general conditions applicable at the time of purchase. ClarSax Popa, S.L. considers that, when the buyer places an order, they accept the conditions of sale without reserve, having had the opportunity to read them first.
  2.   The textual and graphic information that appears in the product description is expected to be as faithful as possible. ClarSax Popa, S.L. is at your complete disposal to provide more details about products when necessary.
  3.  The sum invoiced to customers includes current taxes. Before authorising payment customers may consult the details for such amounts and the cost of delivery. Orders aren’t effective until customers click “Accept” on the order confirmation screen. During the processes of selecting goods and placing the order, customers may, at any time, cancel the steps already taken and abandon the shopping cart. Once payment has been made, customers will receive a confirmation message within 24 hours. Confirmation messages contain an invoice and any registered customer data.
  4.  ClarSax Popa shall not send the goods purchased until receiving confirmation that customers have made payment.

If impossible to supply the product, ClarSax Popa may propose sending similar articles of an equivalent price and quality.   6.  ClarSax Popa delivers its products by means of a delivery service. The maximum period of time for delivery is indicated in the Order shipping, section on the website. This is calculated from the day after payment confirmation is received. Customers will always be informed should there be, under exceptional circumstances, any delay in delivery. Delivery will be considered to have been made once the product has been placed at the disposal of customers by the delivery service, and the delivery note has been signed by the consignee. The consignee should check the products on reception and, notify, ClarSax Popa of any reservations or complaints. Transport will be charged to customers except in the case of the products being defective, in which case ClarSax Popa must be informed of the defects within 8 days of reception.
  7.  Customers may waive the contract within a period of 14 working days without having to indicate reasons for doing so. The 14-day waiver period will be calculated from the day of delivery. Before exercising their right to waiver, ClarSax Popa may contact customers to enquire about the reasons and to propose a solution that meets the customer’s approval. In any case, returned goods will be admitted if received in perfect conditions. Once received, ClarSax Popawill make the necessary reimbursements. The shipping costs concerning the product return will not be paid.
  8.  Customers’ personal (name, e-mail address, address) and accrediting purchase data will be kept on file for the administration of its commercial relations with its customers. This information will not be passed unto third parties, but may be used to send commercial information regarding products similar to those acquired by customers. At any time customers may opt out of receiving such information and may also exercise their rights to have access to that data, to rectify it and to cancel it by contacting ClarSax Popa in the way they deem most appropriate. As ClarSaxPopa is based in Spain, some orders shipped to the United States may be subject to U.S. customs duties. In the unlikely event of this happening, the client will be solely responsible for paying the amount required.
